Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or peak holiday periods.

Shipping Delays

Raziz International is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather or natural events
  • Customs clearance delays (international orders)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Returns & Refunds

This Shipping Policy works together with our Return Policy.

Your Return Policy states:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method 5–7 business days after inspection
